About Ranjana
My life journey has been akin to a rollercoaster ride, marked by numerous obstacles at every step. I have learned that people are often judged in various aspects of life—be it work, education, or other pursuits—and are expected to conform to societal standards. Failure to do so can result in being deemed unfit. I have faced situations where individuals tried to undermine me, whether by mocking my English communication skills or when my boss publicly humiliated me, claiming I was not suited for my job. Though these experiences were disheartening, I realized they could not determine my future.
Today, as an English coach, I have successfully trained numerous professionals and students. Additionally, as a Yoga Therapist & Well-Being Coach, I specialize in employing the principles and practices of yoga to help individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. My Yoga integrated approach combines breathwork, postures, meditation, and mindfulness techniques, customized to meet each person's unique needs and goals. With a comprehensive understanding of yoga's therapeutic benefits, I assist clients in managing stress, enhancing physical fitness, and improving mental clarity, thereby promoting overall balance and harmony in their lives.
